I tried the green tea serum not expecting a whole lot, but wow, I was kind of excited when my dry patches started calming down after about a week. My skin doesn’t feel as tight after washing anymore, which is such a relief, because that tight dry feeling drives me crazy. I was also nervous it might break me out, since my skin can be dramatic, but no weird bumps or anything. Makeup has been going on smoother too, which made me weirdly happy. Shipping was totally fine as well. I’d definitely buy it again

I ordered this tint thinking it’d be more pink, but in person it looked way warmer than the photos. Not totally useless or anything, so I’ll still use it, but the pics on the site are kinda crap if I’m being honest.

I do like the products, but the response from customer service took longer than I expected. To be fair, they did get back to me and sorted out my issue in the end, so I appreciated that. It just wasn’t the fastest experience, and I think there’s some room to improve there.

I’ve used innisfree.com a few times now. Mostly for skincare. It’s easy to get around, like if I’m looking by skin concern or just browsing a category, I don’t feel lost. Pages loaded fast for me too, which I appreciate. Checkout was quick. No random extra steps or anything confusing.
The only thing. Some of the product pages feel a bit busy, especially on my phone. Lots of scrolling, going back and forth, checking sizes, then reviews, then details again. Kind of crowded. But overall, yeah, I still like shopping there and I’d use it again.

The tracking was easy enough to follow, and my innisfree order showed up on the day it said it would (which is always a relief). One of the updates came through a bit later than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, everything went fine.

I picked up this Innisfree moisturizer and it does a good job. My skin stays hydrated for most of the day and it feels light, not all sticky or greasy which I really like. At night I usually have to put on a little extra tho, especially if my skin feels dry. Overall I'm happy with it, just not amazing enough for a full 5 stars...

I still like a lot of what they have, and some items are definitely worth picking up. But the prices have gone up enough that it feels a little hit or miss now. Good stuff overall, just not as cheap as it used to be.

I ordered this from innisfree.com because my face gets oily so fast, especially around my T-zone. Shipping was totally fine, not ridiculously fast or anything, but it showed up without any problems.

After using it, I do notice my face stays less shiny for a few hours, which is what I was hoping for. I still have to blot later in the day, but not nearly as much as before, so that’s a win for me.

I took off one star because if I use a little too much, it can feel kind of dry on my skin. But overall, I like it and would probably buy it again

Most of the product pages made the ingredients and skin type clear. Some usage info could’ve been easier to find, but it was helpful overall.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with this, but the texture ended up being really nice. It feels light on my skin and doesn’t get overly sticky, which I appreciate in the morning when I’m layering sunscreen after. It absorbs quickly too, after a few minutes, it settles in and I don’t really worry about it messing with the rest of my routine. The only thing is if I use a little too much, it can feel slightly tacky, so I just try to keep the amount small. Overall, I’m happy with it and feel comfortable continuing to use it

I’ve ordered from innisfree.com a few times now, and I already kind of assumed I’d like more of their stuff because the scents are right up my alley. Everything I’ve tried smells fresh and clean without being super strong, which is usually what makes or breaks skincare for me.

The green tea products especially have this soft, light scent that doesn’t stick around all day in an annoying way. My skin feels good after using them too, but if I’m being quick about it, the smell is probably what got me to reorder.

Shipping was totally fine, and everything showed up packed well. Nothing fancy to complain about here, just simple, nice products that smell really good. 5 stars from me.

I have sensitive skin, so the first time I used it my cheeks did sting a bit, which worried me for a minute. Thankfully it calmed down after a little while and hasn’t been a big issue since. Shipping was totally fine, and I actually really like the moisturizer. I do wish the ingredients were easier to check before buying, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d still recommend it, especially if your skin isn’t super reactive like mine. 4 stars.

That kind of made it feel more worth it, if that makes sense. Shipping was okay too, nothing weird with it. I’d probably order again.

I’ve been using this it feels really clean on my skin. The ingredients seem well thought out, and I haven’t had any irritation or weird reactions, which I definitely appreciate. It’s no-fuss, but in a good way.
